Fresh Catch

On a cold, foggy morning in the Pacific Northwest, a bald eagle perches with its fresh catch. This was an unforgettable moment I captured after several days of observing this amazingly cooperative subject . It frequently returned to this favored hunting perch, offering rare opportunities to photograph it in action. Being in the presence of such a majestic creature, alongside a few fellow photographers, was such a memorable experience—one that offered not just striking images, but a deep appreciation for witnessing wildlife so closely and respectfully in its natural habitat.
