It was an absolute joy to watch and photograph this young brown bear boar as he frolicked through the tall grass on a late Midsummer night in Finland. When he wasn’t cautiously mingling with the larger boars nearby, he entertained us with his playful energy, bounding through the meadow as if putting on a show. His carefree spirit was a beautiful reminder of how much young animals—and even humans—have in common when it comes to simply enjoying the moment.
